We've had these done on really good heavyweight (205gsm) 100% cotton T-Shirts. We use the ones from Fruit-of-the-Loom because their exploitation of children in Costa Rica keeps the costs right down.

And four sizes: S, M, L, XL PLEASE NOTE - These sizes are a bit on the tight side, christ knows why. If you're normally a large, order an XL instead.
