    I was using Big Ben as a colloquial term for the tower, not as a nickname for the bell, or indeed my bellend, Captain Pedant.

    And I find it quite upsetting, to be honest. Cutting in pre-recorded sections of the fans and acting if it's live is crass and unimaginative. It's taking one of sport's greatest assets and replacing with reality tv.
