This week we have mostly been recovering…
The first annual Way of the Rodent road trip was a resounding success, resulting in much drunkenness, revelry (and Revels) and dancing ‘til the wee small hours before culminating in an orgy of sex, drugs and violence in a rather too tastefully decorated hotel room…
Thankyou thankyou thankyou to all of those who turned up and bought us beer. We love you all, and we'll see you at the next one to tell you in person.

Okay, we may have lied about the sex…
But we don't let a minor thing like a seven day hangover stop us. This week we have a veritable cornucopia of delights for you to mull over as you sip your black coffee and nod sagely at the screen.
This week we see two cracking debuts – firstly, Romanista - our first Hollandish correspondent fact-fans - takes us back to a wet and windy winter in Rochda , sorry Utrecht and shows us that scout leaders are slightly creepy the world over… Elsewhere, The Son of Yesterday, turns up with a deeply upsetting tale of SNES envy. Dio heads off this weeks selection with his reminiscences of the proto-LAN party scene.
And, of course, it's time for Gradius V…
Mental Machine Music
Original Gaming Spirit – hangover optional…
Dio learns Italian cooking the hard way
Romanista goes exploring – Aztec style
The Son Of Yesterday fantasises about riding dinosaurs…
Gradius V – PaulEMoz volunteers for some glorious self-punishment
The return of Image of the Week with your favorite host: Swith
Cheers then!
